Landscape Project Manager
We are looking for an aggressive and energetic person to sell residential and commercial landscapes. This person must have extensive plant knowledge and have the ability to assist in the design of landscapes. The responsibility of this position includes meeting with clients to develop a landscaping design and managing the crew assigned to install the material. A great career opportunity. A strong knowledge of residential and commercial landscaping is a must.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in this field. Must also be knowledgeable of plants and all phases of hardscaping and related materials.
Competitive salary $30 to 50K (depending on experience) plus commission, paid holidays, vacation, health insurance and 401K contributions.
Full Time Position 40+ hours per week

Landscape Forman -
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable and experienced Forman. This person should have at minimum 3 years landscaping experience. This person should also have experience leading a crew of landscape laborers and must also be knowledgeable of plants, hardscaping and related materials. This is a full time position that carries a great career opportunity for the right person. The duties required will include all aspects of landscaping including digging, mulching, and installing everything from shrubs to large trees. Also included would be patio installation, grading, seeding and sod work.
Requirements: must have a valid drivers license, at least 3 years experience in the field, and the ability to operate machinery.

Landscape Laborer -
There are six positions available.
We are looking for dependable and hardworking landscape laborers. This person should have landscape field experience and the desire to learn about plants, landscaping and hardscaping. The duties required will include all aspects of landscaping including digging, mulching, and installing everything from shrubs to large trees. The ability to operate machinery is a must.

Nursery Salesperson
A growing nursery and garden center is seeking an experienced nursery sales person. Hard working and reliable individuals looking for a great career and opportunities for advancement should call immediately to set up an interview. This position requires plant knowledge of both woody and herbaceous plant material and nursery experience. The applicant must have a great ability to work with both customers and laborers and also have a great passion for plants. Duties would include retail and wholesale sales, growing techniques, watering and ordering responsibilities. The salary is dependant on credentials and experience. Nursery / Greenhouse Grower
This position requires knowledge of general farming and growing of ornamental trees and shrubs. This position also requires good organizational skills and the ability to operate machinery. This area in located at our 10 acre farm in Hilltown, PA. This is a part time to full time position depending on the season. A current pesticide license is helpful but not required. This is an hourly wage position and will be based on experience and credentials.

Delivery Driver
We are looking for a two full time driver positions. Both CDL and non CDL applicants should apply. This position requires a smart person who can handle the demands of numerous deliveries per day. Being familiar with the local area is a plus.
Requirements: Valid Drivers license and the ability to operate machinery
Starting at $10-15.00 per hour (depending on credentials), plus paid holidays, vacation, health insurance and 401K contributions.

Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an energetic person who can handle the serious demands of answering a very busy telephone. This person must also handle the coordination of mulch deliveries through the entire season, in addition to numerous daily office duties. This person will be required to quickly learn a Point-Of-Sale system.
Requirements: Good computer skills (Expert knowledge of MS Word and Excel), phone skills, and customer service. The ability to multi-task will be very important for this position.
Previous garden center experience is helpful, but not required.
This is an hourly position (pay is dependent on experience). This full time position 30-40 per week would include paid holidays, vacation, health insurance and 401K contributions.
